IntelliPro is hiring a Recruiter I in San Francisco, California, for a six-month-plus engagement at $35-$40 per hour. The role handles high-volume non-tech recruiting, navigates hundreds of applications per opening, manages stakeholder relationships, and advises hiring managers. Candidates need at least two years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience, a proven record of meeting recruiting KPIs, strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work autonomously. iCIMS knowledge, a non-tech background, and an operations background are preferred, while a bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
