Description
CACI is hiring a full-time JR. ServiceNow Developer to install, troubleshoot, and develop ServiceNow applications using Agile and Scrum methodologies, with emphasis on ITSM and record producer business processes. The role includes Service Portal configuration and deployment, widget development, testing, UI policies, client scripts, user and role management, and documentation. Required qualifications include 1–3 years of ServiceNow platform experience, IAT Level II certification, excellent communication skills, and TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance; ServiceNow CSA certification is not mandatory but must be completed within 60 days of start. The proposed salary range is $86,600 to $181,800.
