LaBella Associates is hiring a Jr. Structural Designer for its Building Engineering Division in Albany, New York. The role develops structural concepts, designs, drawings, specifications, and reports under the supervision of a Senior Structural Engineer, while also performing loading analyses, field investigations, construction-document preparation, shop-drawing reviews, and RFI responses. Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with structural coursework and an Engineering in Training Certificate, with 1 to 5 years of experience in concrete, steel, masonry, and/or wood design. The position offers a $65,000–$75,000 annual salary, incentive compensation, benefits, and a flexible work schedule.
