LaBella Associates is hiring a Jr. Structural Engineer for its Building Engineering Division in Syracuse, New York. The role supports structural engineering projects across education, municipal, healthcare, industrial, commercial, and other building types under the supervision of a Senior Structural Engineer. Responsibilities include structural load determination, complex design calculations, specifications, field investigations, multidisciplinary coordination, Revit/BIM construction documentation, shop drawing review, RFI responses, and construction administration field observations. Candidates need a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with structural coursework, an Engineering in Training Certificate, and 1–5 years of experience with concrete, steel, masonry, and/or wood design.
