Description
Transcom is hiring a Jr System Administrator in Pasig, Philippines, to support the Avature Talent Acquisition Suite and related recruiting tools. The role governs user access and permissions, maintains system performance and reporting, supports implementation and process improvements, develops training, ensures GDPR compliance, and collaborates with Avature, BI, IT, and Talent Acquisition teams. The position requires at least five years of Talent Acquisition experience focused on technology in large complex global organizations, Avature ATS experience is strongly preferred, and the ability to work across North America and EMEA time zones.
