Quality Consulting Group is hiring a recruitment professional to recruit, interview, and hire qualified applicants for open positions across its pharmaceutical, biotech, medical-device, and manufacturing operations in Puerto Rico. The role coordinates hiring needs with managers, schedules drug tests and background checks, creates onboarding programs, sources candidates, develops job descriptions and interview questions, and manages complex, high-volume scheduling and selection procedures. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience in IT, pharmaceutical, or medical-device industries, strong English and Spanish fluency, and the ability to work remotely during an 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. administrative shift.
