Description
The Manufacturing Operator will set up, adjust, repair, and operate complex production equipment; perform measurements, die adjustments, visual inspections, batch-trace updates, production changeovers, and product handling; maintain documentation and work areas; and operate forklifts safely. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, forklift operation experience, basic computer and math skills, knowledge of hand tools and workplace safety, and willingness to work overtime, weekends, and off-shift coverage. Industrial or mechanical experience and extrusion-process knowledge are preferred, and the position is assigned to Shift B.
