Quality Consulting Group is hiring a Technician's Assistant to support the Phytogen Seed Company research program in Puerto Rico and the United States. The role performs field research and processing tasks such as planting, thinning, weeding, pollination, sample harvest, sample preparation, sorting, ginning, weighing, shipping preparation, seed packaging, equipment operation, and facility organization. It is seasonal, may be performed indoors or outdoors, and requires availability for first- and second-shift work, weekends, and holidays. A bachelor's degree in agronomy, natural science, or a related field is required, along with leadership and organizational skills; the contingent worker must also expedite a driver's license when requested.
