Description
The Field Operations Worker performs general manual labor, field agricultural activities such as planting, pollination, sampling, harvesting, weeding, irrigation repair, and manual pest control, and operational tasks including seed processing, shipment preparation, and break-area maintenance. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, age 18 or older, the ability to lift more than 35 pounds, successful physical and DOT drug screening, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
