Description
The role performs general manual labor and agricultural field activities, including planting, pollination, plant identification, sampling, harvesting, weeding, irrigation installation and repair, and manual pest control. It also handles seed processing, shipment preparation, break-area maintenance, and other project-related operational tasks. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, age 18 or older, the ability to lift more than 35 pounds, DOT physical and drug screening clearance, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
