Description
The role performs field and operational agricultural work, including planting, pollination, plant identification, sampling, harvesting, weeding, irrigation installation and repair, manual backpack-sprayer pest control, seed processing, shipment preparation, and break-area maintenance. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, age 18 or older, the ability to lift more than 35 pounds, DOT physical and drug-screening clearance, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
