Quality Consulting Group is hiring a seasonal Technician's Assistant to support the Phytogen Seed Company research program in Puerto Rico and the United States. The role performs field research and processing tasks such as planting, thinning, weeding, pollination, sample harvest, equipment operation, sample preparation, sorting, ginning, weighing, shipping preparation, and seed packaging, while also assisting with facility organization and other requests from supervising technicians. The position requires a bachelor's degree in agronomy or a related field, agronomic scouting and data-standardization skills, leadership and organizational abilities, and availability for first- and second-shift work, weekends, and holidays.
