Quality Consulting Group is seeking a Product Complaint Investigator to support its pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, and manufacturing operations in Puerto Rico and the United States. The role leads and manages product complaint investigations, analyzes and trends complaint data, maintains the complaints database, reviews and approves investigations, follows corrective actions to completion, communicates with patients and business partners, and escalates issues in a GMP environment. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a related area, five years of directly related experience, project-management and root-cause-analysis experience, CAPA knowledge, quality-systems and cGMP knowledge, Microsoft Office and Teams proficiency, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
