Axicom is hiring a (Junior) Account Executive in Munich to manage client and team relationships, coordinate projects, build media connections, create press and social content, organize events, conduct research, and support new-business pitches. The role requires a completed university degree in marketing, communications, humanities, or a related field, preferably with PR internships, along with technology awareness, storytelling, German and English communication, and a proactive team-oriented approach. The position offers flexible working models and a hybrid arrangement with teams in the office around four days per week.
