Ratbacher is hiring a Junior Account Manager (m/w/d) at its Vienna location to acquire new customers, negotiate framework agreements, identify customer requirements, support customers in an advisory capacity, and coordinate candidates through the application process. The role requires strong communication, sales orientation, confidence, and ideally initial experience in sales, selling, or promotion. It includes a trainee and mentoring program, flexible working hours, home-office options, vacation, and a base salary of EUR 3,100 per month.
