Description
Eucalyptus is hiring a junior AI-evaluation engineer to build and operate a standardized evaluation layer for patient-facing AI interactions, including clinical consultations, health-coach conversations, AI-assistant responses, patient-experience support, and health insights. The role will develop evaluation datasets, metrics, thresholds, guardrails, and services that monitor conversations and flag risky content, while integrating AI assistants with patient data models. The engineer will report to the Head of Data and collaborate with ML, data engineering, and data science teams. The role requires a relevant degree or equivalent practical experience, strong Python skills, hands-on LLM experience, and a safety-first mindset.
