The role supports shipment coordination with suppliers, invoice and billing tracking, SharePoint documentation, administrative record-keeping, inventory and quality checks, office operations, and team-meeting follow-up. Candidates should be pursuing or recently graduated in business administration, finance, logistics, or a similar field, with analytical, Excel, Microsoft Office, communication, and organizational skills; experience with SharePoint and Concur is advantageous. The position is available as a fixed-term contract for recent graduates or a fixed-term internship.
