Infleqtion is hiring a full-time Experimental Quantum Physicist to help build and operate next-generation neutral-atom quantum computing systems. The role involves hands-on work with laser-cooled atoms, optical and laser systems, ultra-high vacuum, precision measurement, experimental data analysis, system commissioning, troubleshooting, and collaboration with physicists, engineers, and software developers. It is based at the Kidlington, Oxford office and the National Quantum Computing Centre, Harwell, with work-from-home permitted up to two days per week.
