Description
Infleqtion is hiring a full-time Experimental Quantum Physicist to help build and operate next-generation neutral-atom quantum computing systems. The role involves hands-on work with laser-cooled atoms, optical and laser systems, ultra-high-vacuum and mechanical equipment, quantum control, experimental data analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation. It is based between the Kidlington, Oxford office and the National Quantum Computing Centre, Harwell, with work-from-home permitted up to two days per week. Candidates should have an MSc in AMO physics or a related discipline, strong experimental laboratory skills, Python experience, and hands-on experience with light-matter experiments, optical systems, and scientific data analysis.
