General Dynamics Mission Systems–Canada is hiring Junior and Intermediate Systems Engineering Analysts for its Headquarters Systems Engineering team supporting the Canadian Armed Forces’ C5ISR-T program. The role involves defining system requirements, developing use cases and system diagrams, creating interface specifications and information flows, managing requirement traceability, applying Model-Based Systems Engineering, supporting verification and validation, and presenting status updates to stakeholders. The position is based in Ottawa or Calgary and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline, complex-systems experience, requirements and MBSE experience, and the ability to obtain a Canadian government security clearance. The hiring range is $75,000–$85,000, with medical, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
