Apple is hiring a Junior Application Support & Site Reliability Engineer to support mission-critical enterprise applications and customer-facing cloud services across multiple environments. The role involves monitoring system health, triaging and responding to production incidents, debugging application, database, network, and performance issues, performing root-cause analysis, improving observability and alerting, automating operational tasks, supporting CI/CD and production deployments, and managing changes. Candidates need 1–2 years of relevant experience, Linux and system-engineering knowledge, Java and Python exposure, relational-database troubleshooting skills, observability experience, incident and change-management experience, CI/CD familiarity, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
