The role involves interpreting project requirements, developing design strategies, assisting with schedules and budgets, producing construction drawings and design deliverables, coordinating with internal and external teams, reviewing documents, and potentially managing client relationships and project delivery. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or higher in architecture or a related discipline, 2–5 years of professional architectural design experience, proficiency with design and project-management software, strong communication and teamwork skills, and fluency in Chinese and English.
