Description
The Jr. Asset Management Analyst supports Special Servicing Asset Managers in managing business-purpose commercial real estate loan portfolios. The role handles portfolio monitoring, borrower communication, financial and property analysis, construction draw administration, reporting, workouts, modifications, forbearance, recovery, and asset resolution. The position requires analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, familiarity with real estate market research tools and construction project plans, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. It is based in Lima One Capital’s new headquarters in Downtown Greenville, South Carolina, and offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability, and other benefits.
