Description
Anvast is hiring a Junior Asset Manager to support and eventually independently manage an international real estate portfolio. The role covers maintenance, renovation, sustainability and ESG projects, technical and commercial due diligence, leasing, tenant and stakeholder relations, performance analysis, budgets, Capex decisions, and portfolio compliance. It is a hybrid position requiring at least three years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent technical background, Dutch and English proficiency, and regular travel to the Netherlands, Belgium, and international locations.
