Consertus is hiring a Junior Advisor to support consulting projects and engagement teams by developing client recommendations and optimization solutions. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, creating process diagrams, identifying process improvements, building dashboards, supporting user training and documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Applicants need a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, 0–2 years of experience, English and Spanish communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and familiarity with process optimization, systems implementation, project management, or client engagement and consulting; Power BI or Power Apps knowledge is a plus.
