Ukio is hiring a Junior B2C Sales professional in Barcelona to support the sales team for its furnished apartment rentals and guest services across its markets. The role manages the sales cycle from lead intake through closing, converts leads, negotiates with prospective clients, handles reservation inquiries, provides personalized booking support, drafts rental agreements, and assists the Demand team. Candidates need hospitality and guest-services experience, customer communications and relationship-management experience, C1 English and Spanish, flexibility, resilience, comfort with ambiguity and startup environments, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
