Grupo JCA is hiring a Backend Software Engineer to define and evolve the backend architecture of its digital platforms, ensure scalability, security, and performance, modernize systems, and create technical documentation. The role requires strong .NET and C# skills, RESTful API design, system design, database and messaging knowledge, authentication and resilience concepts, and collaboration with engineering teams. It follows a hybrid model with three on-site days and two remote days in Barueri / Alphaville and includes health, dental, life insurance, food, transportation, and home-office allowances.
