Scalable Capital is hiring entry-level backend software engineers to help build and operate a new banking platform capable of processing millions of transactions. The role involves translating business problems into clean, modern technical solutions, designing solutions that connect with major financial institutions, and working with modern infrastructure and software development practices. Candidates should have a relevant university degree, knowledge of core programming concepts, Java and/or Kotlin, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with tools such as Docker, Spring Boot, AWS, Terraform, or Python; microservices and event-based asynchronous architecture are advantageous.
