The role involves improving precision-farming systems, analyzing production and cost data, developing dashboards and reports, monitoring profitability, implementing technology for garden maintenance and task management, and collaborating with operational teams, management, IT, and suppliers. The position requires a BEng in Business Engineering, 1–3 years of relevant experience, Excel and data-analysis skills, basic financial analysis knowledge, and strong Afrikaans and English communication skills.
