A+W is hiring a (Junior) Business Controller for its Fernwald site to advise business units and department heads on economic and strategic topics, support revenue recognition under HGB and IFRS, prepare financial statements and forecasts, analyze variances, and produce management and Canadian parent-company reports. The role requires a degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable qualification, initial experience in controlling, finance, or reporting, ERP and Excel proficiency, strong analytical and communication skills, and excellent English.
