Description
The Junior Business Developer will identify and assess new club locations in the Netherlands and Germany, analyze leads and feasibility, prepare layout and permit applications, evaluate lease agreements, and support negotiations. The role works primarily from the Amsterdam Zuidoost office, travels weekly to explore locations, and may be full-time, part-time daytime, or full-time experienced. Compensation is €17.40 per hour, with secondary benefits including expense and travel reimbursements, a pension plan, and 25 vacation days.
