THOST is hiring a Junior Business Development Manager to search for and contact prospective clients, coordinate meetings, maintain Salesforce records, prepare proposals and presentations, track projects, estimate costs, manage procurement and billing systems, and support contract and claim management. The role is based in Pforzheim, Warsaw, or Legnica and requires technical, commercial, or preferably academic education; MS Office proficiency; initial professional experience in engineering consultancy or industry; Mandarin and English; and willingness to travel and relocate.
