Description
The Junior Buyer supports manufacturing operations by sourcing raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and related supplies; negotiating supplier terms; maintaining inventory; tracking procurement metrics; preparing reports; and coordinating material readiness for production and new product launches. The role requires one to three years of progressive procurement or strategic sourcing experience, preferably in food manufacturing, along with strong negotiation, analytical, Excel, and supplier relationship skills. The position offers a base salary of $72,000 to $78,000 annually plus benefits and bonus.
