Ammega is hiring an on-site Junior Chemist in Beacon, New York to research and improve rubber formulations, test and evaluate raw materials, develop elastomer and adhesive systems, support R&D and manufacturing projects, prepare specifications and test reports, and respond to regulatory compliance requests. The role reports to the Director of Product Engineering and requires a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or Chemical Engineering, along with technical, communication, problem-solving, leadership, and computer skills. The salary range is $65,000-$75,000 annually, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
