UTRS is hiring a full-time Junior CNC Mill Operator at Picatinny Arsenal to support prototype engineering and CNC milling operations. The role involves setting up and operating CNC machines, handling raw materials, removing finished parts, performing in-process and visual inspections, maintaining traceability, loading tools, cleaning machines, and completing basic maintenance. Candidates need 1–3 years of CNC experience, mechanical and shop-math skills, basic computer skills, a high school diploma, US citizenship, a valid driver’s license, and DoD security clearance eligibility.
