Description
Westlake Financial is hiring a full-time Servicing Department Junior Collections Supervisor to oversee a team of 15 or more employees in its auto-finance servicing and collections department. The role supervises call-center operations, monitors compliance and call quality, audits accounts, coaches and trains staff, resolves escalated customer issues, assigns delinquent accounts, and coordinates collection and repossession activities. The position requires a high school diploma, at least two years of supervisory experience with five or more direct reports, an 8-hour shift, flexible scheduling including weekends and evenings, and willingness to work overtime; a college degree and Spanish bilingual ability are preferred. Pay is $22.00 per hour plus bonus potential, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
