The Junior Component Engineer supports component selection, alternate sourcing, second-source qualification, lifecycle management, supply-chain risk mitigation, and production continuity for new and existing products. The role partners with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality; maintains component and compliance records in PLM/ERP systems; and generates obsolescence and supply-risk reports. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline, semiconductor fundamentals, schematic and datasheet skills, and 1–3 years of relevant experience. The listed salary range is $72,800 to $97,100.
