Description
The Junior Computer Technician will support ongoing production and fieldwork by assisting organization users, peripherals, and computerized systems; installing hardware and software; and troubleshooting systems. The role requires at least one year of experience as a computer and network technician, hands-on Windows and Office support, and knowledge of Windows troubleshooting, with additional advantage in iOS and Android, communication and network troubleshooting, and vendor hardware and software experience.
