Description
The Junior Tender Engineer will support the preparation of complex construction projects by analyzing tender dossiers, specifications, bills of quantities, plans, and project information; calculating costs; assessing technical and financial feasibility; developing execution approaches and cost-saving solutions; determining selling prices; preparing management discussions; and coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and design teams.
