The role independently manages and coordinates medium-complexity construction projects, overseeing schedules, quality, personnel, materials, subcontractors, change orders, documentation, progress reporting, legal and safety compliance, and stakeholder coordination. Applicants need a master craftsman or technician qualification or a technical or construction-related degree, knowledge of European standards and contractual principles, MS Office and ideally MS Project skills, a Class B driver's license, and strong communication skills.
