Description
The Search Consultant leads independent search mandates, finds and contacts overlooked candidates, builds trust, qualifies and presents candidates, and develops an own client portfolio. The role requires consulting experience, preferably in personnel consulting, strategy, HR, or qualified recruiting consulting, strong communication, structured independent work, and excellent German and English. It offers responsibility from the start, a flat team, career development, access to coaching and leadership programs, and hybrid work in Hamburg and Berlin, with an immediate start.
