Capax Recruitment is hiring a Junior Consultant for Talent Search to specialize in finding technical leaders and specialists for permanent recruitment and consulting assignments. The role focuses on developing search strategies, conducting targeted searches on LinkedIn and the company’s CV database, mapping companies and industries, researching technical profiles, reviewing and assessing candidates, conducting brief initial online interviews, and documenting results. It is a 10–20-hour-per-week position adaptable to studies, includes thorough training and senior-consultant guidance, and offers the opportunity to work from the company’s Nordhavn office.
