Description
The Stepstone Group is hiring a Junior Consultant to support its Sales Strategy team by analyzing market, customer, and performance data; developing sales and account strategies for large customers; preparing presentations and workshop materials; maintaining enablement documentation; and supporting strategic sales and service initiatives. The role requires a degree in business, management, administration, or a comparable field, strong analytical and conceptual thinking, proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, and very good German and good English skills. Initial experience in strategy, sales, consulting, marketing, or project management, Power BI, KPI management, OKRs, or strategy execution is preferred.
