Description
Assala Gabon is hiring a Junior Contract Analyst for its Contracting & Procurement team to support the full contract lifecycle, from sourcing and tendering through contract administration and performance management. The role manages requisition-to-pay processes in SAP, prepares RFQs, RFIs, tender evaluations, and procurement documentation; supports supplier negotiations and contract award recommendations; and maintains contract records in SAP, Gatekeeper, and other systems. The position requires at least three years of contracting, procurement, or contract administration experience in an Exploration & Production environment, a bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline, SAP proficiency, and strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
