The client is hiring a Junior Controller to support management decision-making through financial analysis, monthly financial statement preparation and review, process optimization, reporting, cash-flow planning, and multi-year strategic planning. The role requires a degree in business administration with a focus on controlling, accounting, or a comparable qualification, along with analytical, communication, teamwork, initiative, and English skills; ERP and BI knowledge are desirable. It is a full-time position based in the Essen area with a gross annual salary of up to €55,000 and additional benefits.
