Softgran is hiring a Junior Controllership Analyst to support the development and monitoring of financial and management controls, cash flow, revenue, expenses, investments, budgets, and performance indicators. The role collaborates with Finance, Sales, Customer, Product, and Board teams, contributes to management reporting and dashboards in Power BI, and supports process improvement and automation. The position requires a completed bachelor's degree or final-stage degree in Accounting or a related field, with Excel, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with controllership and business management preferred.
