Decentralized Masters is hiring a Junior Copywriter for its Renewals team to write emails, SMS, in-app messaging, reoffers, downsell copy, member storytelling, and lifecycle content that drive membership renewals and retention. The role involves A/B testing messaging, collaborating with senior copywriters and marketers, and managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. Candidates need at least one year of copywriting experience, strong writing fundamentals, and interest in finance, blockchain, and retention marketing; crypto experience is a plus. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with competitive salary, unlimited PTO, flexible remote scheduling, and annual team offsite.
