Description
The Junior Construction Estimator will support the estimating team, construction managers, project managers, and discipline leaders by preparing time, cost, material, and labor estimates for construction projects. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings and specifications, developing vendor and subcontractor estimates, comparing proposals, identifying scope gaps, performing quantity takeoffs, preparing cost reports, tracking actual costs, and evaluating cost-effective material and labor options. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related discipline, strong analytical and documentation skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with clients, vendors, contractors, subcontractors, engineers, architects, and internal project teams.
