Edenred is hiring a Junior Customer Service Agent to support customers using lunch, wellness, and Delicard gift cards through phone and email. The role involves answering questions, resolving cases and complaints, performing administrative documentation, and collaborating with colleagues and other departments. It is a fixed-term, full-time position starting in October and initially running until mid-February, with working hours of 08:30–17:00 and availability throughout the Christmas period. Candidates need upper secondary education, strong Swedish and English communication skills, computer skills, and the ability to work efficiently during busy periods; customer service experience is an advantage but not required. The position offers a fixed monthly salary of SEK 22,000–24,500 and the possibility of hybrid work.
