Valatam is hiring a Junior Customer Service Representative for an entry-level, fully remote, full-time role serving clients and customers across Latin America. The position provides bilingual English- and Spanish-language support through phone, email, and chat; handles routine inquiries, account updates, troubleshooting, escalations, follow-ups, data entry, CRM updates, and administrative support. Candidates need 1–2 years of administration or virtual assistance experience, fluency in English and Spanish, familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a suitable home-office setup. Compensation is USD 696–1,044 per month, with medical insurance and other benefits.
